Central Regional Division two week six League clash between Batmosin and Academicals ended abruptly after a match official was physically assaulted by a player.

The game came to a premature end after a player head-butted the assistant referee two after he was red carded on the 77th minute.

According to the match commissioner's report, the player number 4 of the visitors, Samuel Aidoo attacked the assistant referee two after receiving the second booking that resulted in the red card when his team was down by 2:1

The match commissioner's report:
"The match between Batmosin SC Vrs Academicals ended on the 77th minutes. The Away team player number 4 Samuel Aidoo used his head to hit the face of the Asst.ref.2, after the center Ref.has shown him red card for second caution".

 

This happens few days after Apata Kofi was declared losers in their game against Kenpong Football Academy where the match officials were attacked by the fans of the home team.
